§ 71.123 SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMIT.
   No vehicle shall be operated in any area designated by appropriate signage as being a school zone at a speed in excess of 10 mph less than the regularly posted speed when the school zone flashing beacons are activated and flashing.
