§ 52.066 DECLARATION OF NEED.

   Based upon a report from the Mayor and the Water Utility Manager, with respect to the status of any water shortage within the water service area, the Board may adopt a declaration of need that:

   (A)   Establishes the level of water shortage as provided under §§ 52.068 through 52.070 below;

   (B)   Sets forth the duration of such water conservation emergency; and

   (C)   Mandates appropriate conservative measures, which measures may include, but not be limited to, any or all of those set forth in this subchapter.
