§ 51.313 STATE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT ISSUED INDUSTRIAL WASTE PERMITS (IWPS).
   The POTW subchapters do not exempt or supersede any conditions, laws, rules, or regulations affected by or related to an individual industrial waste permit (IWP), as issued by the State Department of Environmental Management as long as said permit is in effect or has been administratively extended under applicable state rules.
