§ 51.312 EFFECTIVE DATE.
   For provisions of the POTW subchapters, contingent upon delegation of a local pretreatment program from IDEM and the U.S. EPA to the city, said provisions shall become effective upon the date of delegation as contained within the city’s NPDES permit renewal.
