(A) Permittees shall report all required monitoring results and maintenance activities on a frequency as determined by the applicable permit and submit results to the Wastewater Utility Manager or appropriate control authority.
(B) Additional reporting requirements, including, but not limited to, provision of all requested documentation, manifests, or any other requested documents.
