§ 51.137 GREASE TRAP/INTERCEPTOR PERMITTING REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   Permit issuance. The Wastewater Utility Manager shall issue a grease trap/interceptor permit to all known users within 180 days of ordinance adoption. An application for such permit shall be sent to each known user within 60 days of ordinance.

   (B)   Grease trap/interceptor permit contents. The following information shall be contained in each grease trap/interceptor permit that is issued:

      (1)   Permit duration;

      (2)   Permit reporting requirements;

      (3)   Enforcement procedures;

      (4)   Annual permit fee;

      (5)   Maintenance requirements; and

      (6)   Permit transferability.
