§ 51.117 RECORDS RETENTION.
   All records and information resulting from the monitoring activities required by the POTW subchapters, the applicable pretreatment permit or specific information requested by the city, including, but not limited to, all records of analysis performed and calibration and maintenance of instrumentation and recording from continuous monitoring instrumentation, shall be maintained for a minimum of three years. This period shall be automatically extended for the duration of any litigation concerning the user, IDEM, the U.S. EPA, or the city, or where the user has been specifically notified of a longer retention period by the Wastewater Utility Manager, IDEM, or the U.S. EPA. Records shall include the date, exact place, method, and time of sampling; the name of the person(s) taking the samples; the dates analyses were performed; who performed the analyses; the analytical techniques or methods used; the results of such analyses; and any other information as may be requested by the Wastewater Utility Manager.
