§ 35.35 FIREWATCH; FEES FOR FIREWATCH.
   (A)   Any firewatch conducted in the Greenfield Fire Territory must include only state certified firefighters. Any firefighter taking part in a firewatch within the Greenfield Fire Territory who is not a member of the Greenfield Fire Territory must provide such certification to the Greenfield Fire Territory prior to participating in any firewatch.
   (B)   Any firewatch conducted in the Greenfield Fire Territory shall have one firefighter for every 250 people of occupant load.
   (C)   The per firefighter rates for any firewatch are as follows:
 
$35/hour
$50/hour on federally recognized holidays
 
   (D)   All fees required hereunder shall be paid directly to the firefighter.
