§ 35.11 POLICE POWERS OF MEMBERS OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   All regularly appointed members of the Fire Department are vested with the necessary special police powers for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of this code, the Fire Prevention Ordinance under Chapter 91, and all other regulations pertaining to the operation of the Fire Department or to fire prevention.
