(a) Each licensee shall submit a schedule of the fees to be charged cab passengers, which schedule shall be approved by Council prior to issuance of license. Any issuance of a license prior to such approval is conditioned upon a subsequent approval of the fee schedule.
(b) No change in such fee schedule may be effected without approval of Council.
(c) Such fee schedule must be placed within the cab in such a place that all rear-seat
passengers may easily view such schedule. (Ord. 1022. Passed 12-18-67.)
