351.19 PROHIBITION OF VEHICLE PARKING IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
   (a)   Trucks of a manufacturer’s rated load carrying capacity of 26,000 pounds g.v.w. or more, or commercial or diesel tractors, or commercial trailers commonly used in conjunction with commercial or diesel tractors or trucks, shall be prohibited upon the streets in residential district as established under Chapter 1151 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Greenfield as to parking, storage, or other use, except for delivery or immediate thoroughfare purposes, or vehicles engaged in active construction on the premises where situated.
   (b)   This section may be enforced by the police upon view, and violators thereof may be the driver, operator or owner of the vehicle when it is parked upon a public street and the appropriate citation shall be issued.
   (c)   This section shall control Section 351.16 of the Codified Ordinances as to trucks prohibited thereunder or tractors and trailers prohibited thereunder and shall be construed in conjunction with Section 351.16 of the Codified Ordinances.
   (d)   A violation of this section shall be a minor misdemeanor upon the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree upon any subsequent offense.
