121.02 CLERK OF COUNCIL.

The duties of the Clerk of Council shall consist of the duties that are now being performed, those prescribed in Ohio R.C. 705.10 and any other duties as required by ordinance or resolution. (Res. 04-08. Passed 3-18-08.)
