791.99 PENALTY.

Any person, firm, or corporation who violates or fails to comply with a provision of this Chapter shall be prosecuted witllln the limits provided by state and local laws. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense. Violations shall be classified as a misdemeanor ofthe first degree. In addition to the penalties set forth herein, the license for sweepstakes/internet cafe shall be permanently revoked.
