§ 151.095 IN GENERAL.

   (A)   The maximum allowable density shall meet the following requirements. Density increases greater than those permitted in the subdivision regulations will be permitted only when a community or public sanitary water and sewer disposal system is provided and they must meet the following requirements. Any other such increase will be allowed only with the approval of the Greene County Health Department and they must also meet the following requirements.

   (B)   Where a planned unit development qualifies for the design standards set forth in this subchapter, all other requirements of §§ 151.075 through 151.086 must be complied with unless specifically waived.
