§ 150.29  JURISDICTION.
   (A)   The jurisdiction for codes listed in § 150.28 shall be the entire planning jurisdiction of Greene County.
   (B)   The county shall also have jurisdiction to enforce the code in any municipality which requests, and receives approval by the Greene County Board of Commissioners, for the county's enforcement of this chapter within its planning jurisdiction. The municipality must also adopt this chapter.
