§ 150.28 ADOPTION OF CODE.

   The current edition of the North Carolina State Building Code is adopted as the Building Code of Greene County. Any future revisions, amendments, or additions to the State Code shall be incorporated into this chapter. For the purposes of this chapter, the North Carolina State Building Code includes, but is not limited to, the following:

   Building Code

   Law and Administrative Code

   Residential Code

   Plumbing Code

   Electrical Code

   Mechanical Code

   Fuel and Gas Code

   National Electrical Code

   Energy Code

   Regulations for Mobile Homes and Modular Housing

   Accessibility Code

   Rehabilitation Code
