§ 33.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   A person who violates any provision of § 33.01 commits a Class A ordinance violation and may be liable for any damages caused to the building and grounds as a result of the violation, and in addition, may be fined up to the sum of $500 per violation.
      (2)   A person who is found to have violated any provision of § 33.01 a second time within one year of a previous violation may be fined up to the sum of $1,000.
      (3)   Any person found to have violated any provision of § 33.01 shall, in addition to any fines or damages assessed, be liable for all reasonable attorney fees incurred by the county in obtaining enforcement of § 33.01.
   (C)   Penalties for violations.
      (1)   A person who violates any provision of § 33.05 commits a Class "A" Violation and shall be fined an amount not less than $250 and not more than $2,500 per violation.
      (2)   A person who is found to have violated any provision of § 33.05 a second time within one year of a previous violation shall be fined a sum of not less than $500 and not more than $7,500.
      (3)   Any person found to have violated any provision of § 33.05 shall, in addition to any fines or damages assessed, be liable for all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the county in obtaining enforcement of this section.
