(A) Any person who violates § 31.08(G) shall be liable to a fine of up to $2,500 per violation, or the maximum amount allowable by law for ordinance violations, with such line to be determined by the Greene Circuit or Superior Court having jurisdiction over ordinance violations. In addition, such person shall be liable for reasonable attorney fees inclined by the county in the enforcement of this chapter.
(B) Any regular or reserve police officer of the state or any of its political subdivisions is hereby empowered to issue and serve a civil citation against any person found to be committing a violation of § 31.07(G).
