§ 114.16  AUTHORITY TO INSPECT AND TO COPY RECORDS.
   The person operating the temporary food service establishment shall, upon the request of the Health Officer, permit the Health Officer or his or her authorized representative access to all parts of the temporary food service establishment and shall permit collecting evidence and/or exhibits and copying any or all records relative to the enforcement of this chapter.
