No person who is affected with any disease in a communicable form or is a carrier of a disease shall work in any food market, and no food market shall employ any person or any person believed to be affected with any disease in a communicable form or of being a carrier of a disease. If the food market manager has reason to believe that any employee has contracted any disease in a communicable form or has become a carrier of a disease, he or she shall notify the Health Officer immediately.
