§ 113.04  LICENSE AND LICENSE FEE EXEMPTION.
   Mobile food markets owned by a person operating a food market which is licensed under the provisions of this chapter, and possessing valid permit from the Health Officer to operate a food market, shall be exempt from the provisions of § 113.02(B).
