(A) Any person violating, or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined an amount not exceeding $100, plus all costs and attorneys fees for the collection of such fines, or imprisoned for a period not exceeding 90 days, or be both so fined and imprisoned, for each offense.
(B) Each day that any violation of, or failure to comply with, this chapter is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate and distinct offense under this section and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
