(A) No person shall smoke, chew, consume or use tobacco or electronic cigarettes in any manner within any public building under the care and control of the county.
(B) No person shall smoke or use electronic cigarettes in a place of employment, or within eight feet of a public entrance to any public building or place of employment under the care and control of the county.
(C) All ashtrays and smoking paraphernalia shall be removed from within eight feet of all public entrances of any public building or place of employment under the care of control of the county.
