(A) The petitioner shall designate the surface type of the private road to be accepted as one of the following:
(1) Gravel;
(2) Chip-and-seal; or
(3) Blacktop.
(B) Before acceptance, the private roadway shall meet the minimum standards for the type of road surface as set forth in § 92.07.
