§ 91.10  ANIMAL NEGLECT.
   (A)   Animal care regulations. All animal care regulations must comply with § 91.07.
   (B)   Motor vehicle accidents involving animals. Any person who, as the operator of a motor vehicle, strikes an animal, and that animal is presumed to be alive, shall at once report the accident to the appropriate law enforcement agency.
