(A) No person shall park a motor vehicle at any time upon either side of the entirety of any of the described streets, rights-of-way encompassing said streets or any parts thereof identified on Appendix A attached to the ordinance codified herein and incorporated as if set out in full.
(B) The right-of-way of said roads shall be determined as 35.5 feet from the centerline of said roadway.
