(A) Parking violations in the township shall constitute a summary offense punishable as follows:

Parking at fire hydrant | $25 |
Parking in prohibited zone | $25 |

(B) Payment of the fines set forth herein shall be made within 20 days of issuance or the fine due shall be tripled and recoverable by action before the Magisterial District Justice.
(C) Actions before the Magisterial District Justice shall permit the recovery of court costs, police officer compensation for attendance at the hearing and legal fees incurred by the township as additional sanctions.
