§ 156.59 POLITICAL SIGNS.
   Political signs, not to exceed six square feet in area, shall be permitted in all zoning districts as follows:
   (A)   Political signs pertaining to the election of one or more persons to public office or to one or more public issues, shall be erected not sooner than 30 days prior to the election and shall be removed within five days following the election.
   (B)   Political signs pertaining to an issue shall be displayed for no more than 30 days in any consecutive 365-day period.
   (C)   Signs shall be placed only on private property and only with the permission of the property owner.
   (D)   Only one political sign per public office and only one political sign per issue shall be allowed per parcel of real estate.
