§ 156.38 APPEALS.
   (A)    Any decision of the Code Enforcement Officer may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals by any person claiming to be adversely affected by the decision.
   (B)   Any appeal must be made within 30 days of the adverse decision.
   (C)   A decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be subject to review by certiorari in Dearborn County Circuit Court.
