§ 72.17 LICENSE CERTIFICATE AND STICKER, TAG, OR PLATE.
   When proper application is made and fee paid as provided in § 72.16, the Police Department shall provide the applicant with a license certificate and a numbered license sticker, tag, or plate. The form of the certificate and license sticker, tag, or plate shall be as prescribed by the Police Chief, and the sticker, tag, or plate shall be affixed to the motorized bicycle in a place and manner as the Police Chief determines to be most suitable. It shall be unlawful to affix any such sticker, tag, or plate to any motorized bicycle other than that described in the license application and license certificate; and, once affixed, it shall also be unlawful for any person to remove, alter, or deface same unless and until such time as the license expires or the motorized bicycle permanently ceases to be kept or operated in the city.
