The North Dearborn Water Corporation is granted permission to make all necessary cuts in the streets in the city for the purpose of constructing and maintaining a water distribution system as set forth in the plans prepared by Sieco, Inc., and approved by the Farmers’ Home Administration, upon condition that the North Dearborn Water Corporation furnish a location map of the approximate location of the water system within the city, and that the city also be furnished evidence by the contractor that the contracting firm is insured by a public liability policy and that they further complete a performance bond insuring the completion of their contract in a workmanlike manner. North Dearborn Water Corporation shall pay for water service as provided for in § 54.22 of this chapter.
