§ 54.01 REGULATIONS AND RATES TO BE POSTED IN UTILITY OFFICE AND FILED WITH PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION.
   A copy of all rates, rules, regulations, and policies under which water service will be supplied by the municipal water utility shall be filed and posted in the office of the municipal water utility of the city, and with the State Public Service Commission.
