The provisions of any agreements in effect between the city and any private person or corporation respecting the availability of sewer service, acceptance and treatment of sewage, debt service obligations, or similar matters related to the city’s sewer system are hereby re-affirmed, continued, and incorporated by reference into this section. Two copies of any such agreements shall be on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection.
