The provisions of that contract entered into between the city and the Cities of Aurora and Lawrenceburg and the South Dearborn Regional Sewer District pursuant to Ordinance 11-1971 of the city, subject to any amendments in the agreement thereafter made with the mutual consent of the parties, are hereby reaffirmed, continued, and incorporated by reference into this section. Two copies of the agreement shall be on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer and available for public inspection.
