For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
INDUSTRIAL WASTE. The liquid waste resulting from any commercial, manufacturing, or industrial operation or process.
SANITARY WASTE. Waste from water closets, urinals, lavatories, sinks, bathtubs, showers, household laundries, basement drains, garage floor drains, bars, soda fountains, refrigerator drips, drinking fountains, and all other water-carried drains and wastes, except industrial wastes.
