§ 113.08 NOTIFICATION SIGNS.
   All city identification signs at the entrance to the city that are maintained by the city shall have placed upon them by the Highway Department a sign containing the following language:
“ALL TRANSIENT VENDORS MUST REGISTER AT THE CITY OF GREEN ZONING OFFICE BY ORDINANCE OF THE GREEN CITY COUNCIL.”

§ 113.09 VIOLATIONS.
   A transient vendor who violates any of the terms, conditions or requirements of this chapter shall give the city cause to cancel the registration and to commence prosecution pursuant to § 113.99.

§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than six months, or both.
