There is hereby established a Claims Review Board, which shall consist of the Director of Law, the Director of Finance and the chairperson of the Council Finance Committee. No claim in excess of the amount set forth in § 30.30 will be paid by the city unless approved by a majority of the members of the Claims Review Board and confirmed by majority of the members of Council.
