§ 30.30 AUTHORITY OF LAW DIRECTOR TO SETTLE CLAIMS.
   The Law Director is hereby given the exclusive authority to settle or compromise claims against the city up to an amount not to exceed the jurisdictional amount of an Ohio Municipal Small Claims Court as established by R.C. § 1925.02. The Law Director shall notify Council and the Mayor after the settlement of a claim.
