§ 36.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense.
   (B)   Whoever violates § 36.09(E) of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 60 days, or both, for each offense. Each disclosure shall constitute a separate offense. In addition, any employee of the city who violates § 36.09(E) of this chapter, relative to the disclosure of confidential information, shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
