The Beautification Commission shall choose its own officers and make its own rules and regulations for the conduct of its meetings. The Commission shall elect a chairperson, a vice-chairperson and a corresponding secretary at its first meeting each year for a one-year period. Meetings shall be held at least once a month and shall be open to the public, and a record shall be kept showing the vote of each member on each question. Copies of such records shall be given to the Mayor, Council, the Clerk of Council and department heads with responsibilities in these areas.
