§ 153.063 ENCOURAGED REGISTRATION AND CERTIFICATION.

   (A)   LEED registration and certification through the United States Green Building Council are encouraged but not required under § 153.062(B).

   (B)   All residents and builders are encouraged to use their best efforts to incorporate as many green building measures as feasible from the LEED rating system and to pursue LEED registration and certification.
