§ 34.035 OFFICERS; RULES.
   The members of the Joint Recreation Board shall elect their own chairperson and secretary and select all other necessary officers to serve for a period of one year. The Joint Recreation Board may adopt rules for the conduct of all business within its jurisdiction.
