§ 34.032 QUALIFICATIONS OF MEMBERS; TERMS.
   All members of the Joint Recreation Board shall be residents of the city and shall serve for terms of five years, except that the members first appointed shall be appointed for such terms that the term of one member shall expire annually thereafter.
