§ 153.005 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS.
   (A)   No building shall be demolished in such a manner as to endanger persons using the public streets and sidewalks, nor shall any debris be permitted to remain upon a public street or sidewalk. Extreme caution shall be used in demolition to prevent damage to adjoining properties. The contractor shall be responsible for any damage/injury occurring on adjoining public/private property that results from the contractor’s negligence.
   (B)   Whenever a building is being demolished within 15 feet of a public street or sidewalk, barricades shall be erected and lights provided at such barricades at night. Barricades shall be six feet in height and of solid construction in order to protect the public from the work site.
   (C)   The contractor shall adhere to all safety precautions as provided for in § 153.006.
