The contractor shall adhere to all standards and specifications as enumerated in the city technical specifications for demolition, following the text of this chapter as App. A. A copy of this document will be provided to the applicant at the time of application for permit. This document provides basic specifications for demolition, debris removal and disposal, site restoration, safety, and the handling of any special conditions (e.g., asbestos).
