The Ohio Plumbing Code, as adopted in § 151.035, is hereby made expressly applicable to all buildings, structures and occupancies in the city, including nonindustrialized one-, two- and three-family dwellings, and their appurtenant and accessory structures, and including mercantile, industrial and institutional occupancies.
