§ 150.34 CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND REQUIREMENTS.
   (A)    Contractors proposing to perform ditch enclosure and/or drainage work within the city are required to register with the Department of Public Service. No fees are associated with registration.
   (B)   The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance in the minimum amount of $350,000. The certificate of insurance must be issued by an agent licensed to operate within the state.
   (C)   Registered contractors may post an annual bond in the amount of $5,000 or bond individual projects as provided in § 150.35.
   (D)   Acceptable bond forms shall include commercial bond, cashier’s check or money order payable to the city.
   (E)   The annual registration and bonding period shall begin the first working day of March each year.
   (F)   The Department of Public Service may discontinue issuing permits to a contractor until prior project commitments have been completed.
