§ 93.20 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, a WEED shall be defined as any useless, troublesome, or noxious plant, especially one that grows profusely, to the exclusion of desired plant life, including, but not limited to, the following: Burdock, ragweed (giant), ragweed (common), thistle, cockleburr, jimson, blue vervain, common milk weed, wild carrot, poison ivy, wild mustard, rough pigweed, lambsquarter, wild lettuce, curled dock, smart weeds (all varieties), poison hemlock, and wild hemp.
