§ 53.31 NET RATES FOR SEWERAGE SERVICE.

   (B)   Beginning on May 1, 2025, and on the first day of May of each year thereafter, unless otherwise agreed by a majority vote of the City Council, the city’s sewer rates shall increase by 2% over the previous year’s rates.
