§ 52.086 EFFECTIVE DATE OF RATES.

The rates and service charges established for user charges in §§ 52.082 through 52.085 shall be effective as of the next fiscal year beginning and on bills to be rendered for the next succeeding month being for monthly users and on bills to be rendered for the next succeeding quarter being for quarterly users.
